When we set out to do it, we were going for a Shoegaze Psychedelic Doo-Woo broken hearts type record though we really didn’t achieve that per say, it show another side of the band and that we were capable of expanding our sound and palette. We were no longer pigeon holed into any one genre only that we all loved music and wished to grow and develop into something all our own. Recorded @sunsetsoundrecorders by the most excellent @tomrothrock who was every patient with my breakdowns and moods. He was the producer that we needed. He would come into rehearsal and say “you are not ready yet” and “start again” and “again” and it was just what we needed to hear!
